Our customers require different demands for their press plates. During the production time, they receive some wear and tear, creating a different gloss appearance. We are able to re-gloss those plates in a way to restore the original appearance.
Plates are being stripped, polished, matt finished and chrome plated with only a very small impact to the texture and overall plate surface. This is the key for a long-lasting plate life, short turn arounds and our high quality standard are a positive impact to your manufacturing costs.
We can process press plates up to 6400mm long and 2400 mm wide, please contact us for larger sizes. You, as a customer determine the gloss value that we will apply to your plate.

As an advantage to or customers, our turnaround time does not exceed 4 weeks, from incoming inspection upon completion. We are processing up to 60 plates a month in a single shift, resulting in short production loss and lower inventory of press plates for our customers.
